Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nude Project pieces, but if something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
